We aim to offer our guests great value for money, which is why our prices remain the same throughout the year. We are able to keep our prices low, as we do not offer a breakfast. However, guests are able to provide their own breakfast and other meals using our dining room facilities, microwaves, toaster, kettle, fridges and food storage cupboards.

Payment is taken via BACS Transfer. Payment must be made within two weeks of your booking to secure your room. Thank you!
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel please don’t worry as a full refund is given with 5 days or more notice. Unfortunately 4 days or less notice will incur full payment of booking. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Check-in Times
Check-in time is from 4pm – 6pm
Check-out time is before 10.30am
If you require a different check-in/check-out time please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
